  7. The KayPro 286i can be used as a workstation with the Advanced
  8. NetWare/S (Star) using the standard NIC and the Intelligent NIC.
  9.  
  10. The KayPro 286i will work as a file server or a workstation under
  11. Advanced NetWare/86 or Advanced NetWare/286 with the following
  12. systems.
  13.  
  14.       Advanced NetWare/G (with Revision 4 hardware and older)
  15.       Advanced NetWare/E
  16.       Advanced NetWare/O
  17.       Advanced NetWare/PC (with the Orchid PC-NET)
  18.       Advanced NetWare/IS
  19.       Advanced NetWare/C
  20.       Advanced NetWare/SM
  21.       Advanced NetWare/N
  22.       Advanced NetWare/D

  24. The KayPro 286i will work as an Advanced NetWare 86/P workstation
  25. and file server. It will also work as an Advanced NetWare 286/P
  26. workstation; however, due to reasons unknown it will not work as an
  27. Advanced NetWare 286/P file server.  Also,in order the use the
  28. KayPro 286i with either type of Advanced NetWare /P the tape
  29. controller must be removed.

  31. Advanced NetWare/PCN will not work on the KayPro 286i, because of
  32. IBM hardware dependency.
  33.  
  34. An unexpected S/W interrupt message will appear on the screen when
  35. cold booting any Advanced NetWare/86 file server.  Simply type
  36. <RETURN> to continue.

  38. The testing was done under the following DOS environments:
